• To receive your mail order prescription, simply access the member portal from your welcome registration email from your mobile device or computer. All orders take 3-5 business days to process, send and receive your prescription in a private unmarked box.
• To receive your urgent care prescriptions, in the member portal, enter your prescription in the search bar to see if it is included. Review the location and price options if included and capture the membership card displayed and present your membership card to the pharmacist at the time of service to receive your prescription.
