How would medical records be obtained?

Contacting the providers you see currently or have seen within the 2 years leading up to your effective date.

*If you have already submitted medical records to us previously then the netWell medical staff would only need the requesting providers medical records.

You could also contact netWell, complete your HIPAA form and give your providers information to us to handle the process of obtaining your medical records.

Why does netWell need my medical records?
